Why Serve?
Engaging in an intentional lifestyle of service to others is one of the core commitments in taking steps to know and become like Jesus. Serve is not simply a single action step or a “spot to fill” but rather a desire to help others at a heart level to actually become a servant. We believe that by becoming a servant we will change the way we live our lives.

Sunday Morning Serve Team

Help with LSCC special events like Family Picnic, Pumpkin Palooza, Backpack Blowout, Christmas and Easter services and more.

Cookie Ambassador
Bake and deliver cookies in the Lee’s Summit, Greenwood, Raymore, Blue Springs, and/or Raytown areas to first-time LSCC guests

LSCC Kids* (INFANT – 5th grade)
Assist families at check-in, lead a small group, teach large group bible stories, co-lead kids worship, serve on the safety team.

LSCC Students*(grades 6-12)
Meet, serve, support our students and leaders. Help with weekly or monthly gatherings or one-time events.

Serve as an instrumentalist or vocalist to honor God and invite people into a time of worship.

SUNDAY MORNING AUDIO/VISUAL
Be a behind-the-scenes helper by operating cameras, graphics switching, audio and lighting. Training provided.
